1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings (taxi, darshan, aarti, sightseeing, air/rail tickets, or visa services) are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as applicable. Once confirmed, cancellation and refund rules apply as outlined below.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and the time of cancellation:

Taxi Booking (Local & Outstation):

Cancellation before 24 hours of travel: Refund after deduction of processing charges.

Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

Darshan & Aarti Bookings (Sugam Vishwanath Darshan, Mangala Aarti, Ganga Aarti):

These services are non-refundable once booked, as they involve advance payments to authorities or vendors.

Local Sightseeing Packages:

Cancellation before 48 hours: Partial refund after deductions.

Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund.

Air & Railway Tickets:

Refunds are subject to airline or Indian Railways rules and charges. Service fees are non-refundable.

Visa Services:

Visa processing fees, consultation charges, and government fees are non-refundable once the process has started.

3. Cancellation by KashiRides Travels
If a service is canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances (technical issues, vendor unavailability, force majeure), customers will be offered either:

A full refund, or

An alternative service of equal value.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment.
5. No Refund Scenarios
No refunds will be issued for:

Early departures or unused services

Delays or cancellations caused by weather, government restrictions, strikes, or natural calamities
6. Changes to Bookings
Any modification to bookings is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
